Had the pleasure of buying my new boat from Carter Pritchard at Zacho Sports. He is a good listener and addressed my needs backed up by a good management team. He took the time to show me the boat, alternatives and attempted an introductory demo of the electronics on the boat. All the support staff were professional and friendly.

The repair to my damaged outboard which had the skag broken off, was very good and it looks like brand new. John arranged to have the repair made in a timely manner and an acceptable price. Thanks, Todd

Had a Great experience at Zacho's. Very knowledgable and welcoming staff. Chad helped us decide on the perfect Can Am Ryker Sport. Answered all our questions as first time buyers. He really helped us find websites to customize our bike. Ellie was an absolute gem, she really helped us feel comfortable with our purchases. Very knowledgeable about helmets, the Cardo communication system, and all the accessories that we had questions about. Everyone made sure that we had a Great experience as first time buyers. Definitely will be back for our next purchase!

First time having my motorcycle worked on. It is somewhat different than going to the auto repair shop. Usually, you don't pay to have the problem looked at; at Zacho's you do. Perhaps that's the way all motorcycle repair places are; I have nothing to compare with. I stopped to put air in my tires and they were pumped up well beyond the recommended pressure; I'm curious why? Actually, there was no harm done and all I had to do was let air out. I must say the staff was very friendly and helpful getting my bike in and out of my van. Thank you!

Called on a Friday afternoon about making a pick up of racks on Saturday morning, i was told that they could get someone to load me if I was there right away in the morning. They open at 9, so I show up about 9:15 (figured i would give employees a few minutes to get everything up and running). Walked inside to talk with service, he walks me out, shows me where the racks are and asks how I'm gonna load them. I repeated to him that I was told THEY would load the less than a dozen racks on me. The service guy instantly cops an attitude and says "thats not happening, we ship and receive Monday thru friday only", I repeated what I was told the day before and he could of cared less as he says "well we ain't loading you today, we load monday theu friday"as he is walking away from me. So i told him I would call my company and lwt thwm deal with it because otherwise it was a waste of my time to be there. Needless to say about 10 minutes later I see 2 guys out back acting coy and looking over at me while outside smoking. Guess they needed a break aftwr less than an hour of being open. Rude customer service and totally careless towards thwir customers. I will definitely never pick up from thi
